We choose homes on quiet streets and squares, prepare them with care and look after you while you stay. Linen is pressed, the flowers are fresh and someone who knows the neighbourhood is a message away.

What happens around your stay, in the order it happens.

  1. Before you arrive

    • We confirm your dates, your guests and anything you would like in the home.
    • The day before you travel, we send the address, the way in and a short welcome.

  2. The day you arrive

    • The home is cleaned, aired and checked that morning.
    • Beds are made with pressed linen, towels are laid out and there are flowers on the table.

  3. While you stay

    • Stays of a week or more include a clean and fresh linen every week. Extra cleans can be booked for a charge.
    • Message us whenever you need something. A note on Chelsea's best is waiting in the home.

  4. When you leave

    • Leave the keys as we show you, close the door and go.
    • We look after the rest, and we keep your preferences for next time.

Two thousand mulberry trees, and the name they left behind

In 1718 a walled field north of the King's Road, called Chelsea Park, was planted with mulberry trees to raise silkworms for English silk. The silk did not last. The name did.

You keep the income. We do everything else.

We prepare, photograph, list, price, host and look after your home, for an agreed share of the bookings. You see every stay and every pound in a clear statement each month.
